📊 Presenters: Analyzing Your Timesheet Statistics

As a presenter, you have access to a personal Statistics tab. It allows you to closely monitor your learners' attendance and get an overview of the participation rate in your own sessions.

Written by Lucas Minarro-Rey

💡 Prerequisites: From the main menu, click the Statistics tab, then make sure you're on the Attendance Sheets subcategory (just below the main menu).

1. 🎯 Filter your sessions

To refine your analysis and quickly find a course, use the filters at the top of the screen:

  • Date: Specify the time period to analyze (the filter is set by default to the last 30 days, or " Previous 30 days").

  • Sheet Name: Type the specific name of an attendance sheet to find it.

  • Training name: Filter your statistics to display only one training program.

2. 📋 The "Course Attendance Table"

The All Courses section is the heart of your analysis. This table lists all your sessions for the selected time period and provides attendance details for each one.

Here is the specific data you'll find there, column by column:

  • Course Name: The name of your session or module.

  • Start / End: The exact start and end dates and times of the course.

  • Attendance Rate %: This is your key metric. Visual cue: The box turns red to immediately alert you to a critically low attendance rate (e.g., 0.0%).

  • Total Students: The total number of students expected in your group.

  • Present / Absent: The exact number of students who signed in (Present) and those who missed class (Absent).

  • Training: The overall training program to which this course belongs.

🖱️ Navigation tip: If you have a lot of sessions, use the scroll bar on the right side of the table to scroll down. The total number of rows (e.g., 201 rows) is shown in the lower-right corner of the table.

3. 📅 The "Weekly Analysis" section

As you scroll down the page, below the main table, you'll find the Weekly Analysis section. This chart allows you to identify weekly trends so you can understand, for example, whether your students are consistently more absent on Friday afternoons or Monday mornings.

4. 📉 The "Student Attendance in My Courses" section

Located just below your key metrics, this section focuses on areas of concern regarding your students:

  • Average Student Attendance Rate in Courses: This block displays, in large font, the overall average attendance rate of your students in your courses (e.g., 1.1%).

  • Courses with Low Student Attendance: This is a dashboard that specifically highlights problematic sessions. There you will find the name of the class, the date, the expected number of students, and the exact breakdown of students present and absent. It's the perfect tool for spotting courses with high dropout rates at a glance (often 0% in this view)!

5. 📊 Trend Charts (Trends)

To provide a more visual overview of attendance over the long term, the page features two time-series graphs:

  • Monthly Student Attendance Trend: A bar chart that illustrates the monthly trend in your students' attendance rates. Very useful for comparing overall attendance from one month to the next (e.g., from March to April).

  • Professor Attendance Trend: A line graph that tracks the weekly trend of your own attendance rate (Weekly Attendance Rate). The peaks and troughs highlight the weeks when your activity was at its highest.

6. 👨‍🏫 The "Professor Summary" Dashboard (Your Instructor Summary)

Finally, the interface provides a comprehensive summary of your own activity through highly detailed statistical tables:

  • Total Courses: The total number of sessions or modules assigned to you during the period.

  • Professor Attendance Rate: Your overall attendance rate calculated based on all your classes.

  • Professor Presence/Absence Count: The exact number of sessions in which you were marked present, compared to the number of sessions in which you were absent.

  • Professor Attendance/Absence Hours: The conversion of these attendance and absence records into exact hours (e.g., 8.4 cumulative hours of attendance).
