Edusign and Auriga: Everything you need to know

Integration between Edusign and Auriga software from the company of the same name.

Updated over 2 months ago

No more double entry! Your training data is automatically synchronized between Auriga and Edusign. πŸ₯°

When you use a connection between an ERP and Edusign, it is not recommended to create or modify items directly in Edusign.
In such cases, you risk deleting or duplicating your data.

Sync from Auriga to Edusign

The integration allows Edusign to retrieve training-related data from Auriga. This information is used to generate attendance sheets on Edusign.

Then you (or your trainers) can have the learners sign.

Synchronization Frequency

The connector synchronizes twice a day

  • Between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM - Paris Time

  • Between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM - Paris Time

During a synchronization, information is retrieved from Auriga to Edusign

The sliding 14 calendar days are retrieved from Auriga
A course available on Auriga more than 14 days in the future will not be visible on Edusign yet. Please wait. Please wait.

Downstream Information to Edusign

πŸ“– Attendance Sheets

When you create or modify sessions/sessions/courses in Auriga, all associated information will be transferred to Edusign as attendance sheets. This information transfer will only take place during synchronization to automatically create or modify attendance sheets, making appear:

  • Their name.

  • Their date.

  • Start and end time.

  • Training room (Resource).

  • The instructor(s).

  • The learner(s).

  • The attached group(s)

Note: It is only when attendance sheets associated with an individual (learner or teacher) that they will be created on Edusign.
In other words, do not worry if you do not see all profiles on Edusign right away. They will exist on the application once they have a training session scheduled within the week.

πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“ Learners.

Once synchronization is completed, the learner with a course scheduled that day will be automatically created on Edusign. You will then find all your learners' profiles from the Learners menu, showing:

  • Their last name (mandatory).

  • Their first name (mandatory).

  • Their e-mail (mandatory).

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ« Instructors.

Similarly, once synchronization is completed, the instructor with a course scheduled that day will be automatically created on Edusign. You will then find all your instructors' profiles from the Instructors menu, showing:

  • Their last name (mandatory).

  • Their first name (mandatory).

  • Their e-mail (mandatory).

Groups.

If the option to create groups is activated, once synchronization is completed, groups will be automatically created. You will then find all groups in the Groups menu, showing:

  • Their name (mandatory)

  • Their description (optional)

  • The attached learners (optional)
