The digital student card is now accessible directly from your Edusign mobile app. It allows you to verify your student status wherever you are. Two formats can be displayed depending on the institution: the standard student card or the ISIC card.
🔖 Prerequisites
Have downloaded the latest version of the Edusign app.
Your institution must have enabled the student card display.
Steps to access your student card
1. Open the Edusign app
Launch the app on your smartphone (iOS or Android) and log in.
2. Access the student card
From the home page, tap the "My Profile" icon (at the top right of the screen) > Student Card.
Your card will then automatically appear if it has been activated by your school.
3. Review the displayed information
📅 Standard Student Card
You will find the following elements:
First and last name
Date of birth
Student number (INE)
Program / academic year
Expiration date
Institution logo
Photo if available
🌎 ISIC Card
International card recognized in more than 130 countries
ISIC number
Validity status (valid / expired)
Official photo
Date of birth, program, institution
📲 The ISIC card is displayed in horizontal format with both sides visible (front / back). Tap one of the sides to enlarge it. A swipe allows transitioning from front to back.
💡 Best practices
The card is available even offline once displayed for the first time.
If no information is retrieved: a blank screen appears with an explanatory message.
You can add the card to Apple Wallet if this option is offered.

Ensure you have updated the app.
If the card is still absent, contact your institution to confirm it has enabled the display in Edusign.
