To ensure the proper functioning of integration with Edusign (e.g., data synchronization, API calls, secure access), it is necessary to whitelist the following IP addresses:

The two addresses below correspond to the new infrastructure dedicated to connectors. They are therefore not required for all customers, but we recommend enabling them from the start, for simplicity and to avoid having to reconfigure them later:

Configuration can be performed:
at the level of your network firewall or your proxy
via your hosting provider or IT team, if the configuration is centralized
🧩 Why is it important?
Restricting access to these IPs can lead to:
blocked API calls
incomplete synchronizations
actions not received by Edusign
