Trust is not declared; it is proven. At the end of 2023, in a voluntary transparency effort, Edusign was audited by CNIL.

Are your data used to train AI?
Our principle is to minimize any use of your data. Our main AI models are trained on public databases, with no link to your information. For advanced and specific features, precise and transparent usage conditions are presented to you at their activation.
This commitment is formalized in our DPA (Data Processing Agreement).
Where is your data hosted?
By default, in Europe. Your data are hosted in France with AWS (Paris), with backups at OVHcloud (Roubaix). Certain advanced AI modules may involve partners outside the EU, but these transfers are strictly governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How is human supervision ensured?
Each AI feature is designed as a decision-making aid. For example, AI can suggest an analysis, but it is always a human user within your organization who validates, modifies, or rejects this suggestion.
Who is your Data Protection Officer (DPO)?
We have a dedicated DPO who ensures continuous monitoring and guarantees our compliance.
