🎯 Why use this feature?

The integrated knowledge base allows students to:

  • Easily find answers to their questions (FAQs, welcome resources, practical guides, etc.),

  • Receive support throughout their journey, from their arrival on campus to their departure,

  • Gain autonomy in their daily tasks,

  • Reduce the number of requests to administration,

  • Avoid frustrations related to lack of information,

  • Strengthen their engagement, by providing easy access to useful information.


📲 How to access it?

Students can access the knowledge base:

  • From the More Menu of your application,

  • By navigating through a clear hierarchy: Categories > Subcategories > Content,

  • Or via a keyword search.

💡 Categories and content can be targeted by audience to adapt to specific profiles.
Example: integration path dedicated to exchange students.
