🎯 Why use the schedule?
The schedule integrated into the mobile application helps students:
Organize efficiently according to periods (exams, classes, orals, etc.),
Visualize their courses at a glance with different display formats,
Receive notifications in case of change, deletion, or modification of an event,
Access course details quickly and interact with its contents.
🖥️ Interface and schedule display
Three display modes are available to suit all preferences:
Day View: for a detailed vision of the day,
Week View: for planning the upcoming days,
Month View: for a medium-term overview.
💡 The user can click on an event to display all course details.
🔍 Course detail (session)
By clicking on an event in the schedule, the user accesses a complete sheet with:
Event name (e.g. : Tax law course),
Instructor's name,
Exact date and time,
Videoconference link (if the course is remote or hybrid),
Associated documents (course materials, PDF, etc.),
Linked questionnaires (quizzes, surveys…),
Attendance (if available).
🔔 Schedule notifications
The schedule's notification system takes into account:
Any modification or deletion of an event (class),
The period reviewed is configurable in the Back Office.
By default:
Notifications concern the next 14 days,
It is possible to restrict to 7 days or extend as needed.
