🎯 What is this feature for?

The Grades section of the app allows students to track their results throughout their education. It provides:

  • Quick and organised access to grades.

  • Progress tracking by subject, block and term.

  • Adaptation of efforts according to educational expectations.

🚀 Access your grades in the Edusign app

1. Navigating the app

To view your grades:

  • Open the Edusign app.

  • Click on the More menu (or ☰).

  • Select the relevant study programme.

  • Choose the semester.

  • Then navigate by block (speciality) and then by subject.

  • Use the search bar to filter results by keywords or subject name.

💡 Tip: the search function allows you to quickly access a specific subject, even in a dense programme.

2. Information displayed

Once you have navigated, you will have access to:

  • All grades per assessment session.

  • The average per block (speciality).

  • The average per term.

These indicators allow you to quickly visualise strengths and areas for improvement.

🔔 Notifications of New Grades

When one or more grades are published, you are automatically informed via:

  • A push notification,

  • A "New" label visible in the Grades section,

  • The app's notification center.

✅ This allows students to stay informed without having to manually check for updates.

🛠️ Where do the displayed data come from?
The grades visible in the app are automatically transmitted from your academic management system (ERP), for example.

Technical functioning:

  • Data is sent to the app once validated in the ERP.

  • Periodic synchronizations are performed to minimize the time between a grade being published and its appearance in the app.

  • The structure used to classify grades is:
    Year > Semester > Block > Course > Session

ℹ️ If a grade is not yet visible, it may not have been validated or transmitted by the management system yet.

Frequently Asked Questions

🟡 Why do some courses still not have any grades?
→ Grades are only displayed once they have been validated and transmitted by the ERP. If a course appears empty, it might be due to a synchronization delay or the grade not being recorded yet.

🟢 Will I receive notifications even if the app is closed?
→ Yes, push notifications are sent as long as permissions are enabled in your phone’s settings.

🔵 Can I export my grades from the app?
→ Not at the moment. However, grades can be consulted at any time within the app, including those from previous semesters.
