🎯 What is the purpose of this feature?

The Notes section of your application allows learners to track their results throughout their training. It facilitates:

  • Quick and organized access to grades,

  • Tracking progress by subject, block, and term,

  • Adapting efforts according to teaching expectations.

🚀 Access your grades in the Edusign app

1. App navigation

To check your grades:

  1. Open the Edusign app.

  2. Click on More Menu (or ☰).

  3. Select the relevant course.

  4. Choose the semester.

  5. Then navigate by block (specialty) and by subject.

  6. Use the search bar to filter results by keywords or subject name.

💡 Tip: The search allows quick access to a specific subject, even in a dense course.

2. Displayed information

Once navigation is complete, you will have access to:

  • All grades by evaluation session

  • Average by block (specialty)

  • Average by term

These indicators allow for a quick view of strengths and areas for improvement.

🔔 Notifications of new grades

When one or more grades are published, you are automatically informed via:

  • A push notification,

  • A "New" badge visible in the Notes section,

  • The app's notification center.

✅ This keeps learners informed without having to manually check for updates.

🛠️ Where do the displayed data come from?

The grades visible in the application are automatically transmitted from your academic management system (ERP), such as Apogée.

Technical functioning:

  • Data is sent to the application upon validation in the ERP.

  • Regular synchronizations are carried out to limit the delay between a grade's publication and its display in the app.

  • The structure used to classify grades is:
    Year > Semester > Block > Subject > Session

ℹ️ If a grade does not appear yet, it may not have been validated or transmitted by the management system.

❓Frequently Asked Questions

🟡 Why do some subjects not have grades yet?
→ Grades display only when they have been validated and transmitted by the ERP. If a subject is empty, it could be due to a synchronization delay or a grade not yet recorded.

🟢 Do notifications appear even if the app is closed?
→ Yes, push notifications are sent as long as permissions are active in your phone settings.

🔵 Can I export my grades from the app?
→ Not at the moment. However, grades remain accessible at any time from the app, including previous semesters.
